These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between BELVANS (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the company”) and any person (hereinafter referred to as “the client” or “you”) placing an order on our website www.belvans.com.

Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on our website, subject to stock availability. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description of its main features (photos, price, availability). Product images are non-contractual and may slightly differ from the actual product.
Orders
An order is considered firm and final once the client has validated their cart and made the payment. Any order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, such as a payment issue or a fraudulent order.
Pricing
Product prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are added separately and specified during the ordering process. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Shipping and Delivery
The shipping information is as follows:
• Express Delivery:
Delivery within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location. A flat rate will be applied based on the country or region of delivery. The order processing time is 1 to 3 business days, except for pre-orders.
• Free Standard Delivery:
Delivery within 3 to 5 business days, free for all products, regardless of the delivery location.
• Pre-Orders:
Pre-order products will be shipped on the date specified on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the product.
Watches are shipped directly from Besançon, the capital of French watchmaking, where they are assembled.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with legal provisions, you have a right of withdrawal of 30 days from the receipt of your order to return a product without justification.
Conditions to be eligible for returns include:
• The product must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
• A proof of purchase (invoice or order receipt) must be provided.
Exceptions:
Certain products are non-returnable, such as customized items (e.g., engraved watches) or perishable goods.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. We do not directly exchange products.
Warranty
All our products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage. Detailed warranty conditions are available upon request.
Liability
BELVANS shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website or the sale of products. In cases of force majeure, we will do our best to minimize disruptions but cannot be held responsible for delays or service interruptions beyond our control.

We respect the confidentiality of your personal data. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data. For questions regarding your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website.
Disputes
In case of a dispute, we will strive to reach an amicable solution. If this is not possible, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

We reserve the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website.
