We are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible, offering multiple delivery options tailored to your needs. All our watches are carefully assembled and shipped directly from our workshops in Besançon.
Pre-Order Shipping
Watches on pre-order are shipped on the exact date specified on the product page. Once your pre-order is processed, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your package, allowing you to monitor the shipment in real time.
Delivery Options
We offer two main delivery options for non-pre-order purchases:
• Standard Delivery (Free): All our products come with free standard delivery. The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. This option is available at no additional cost, regardless of your location.
• Express Delivery: If you need your order quickly, we offer an express delivery option with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days. The cost of this option is fixed and varies depending on your delivery location. The exact amount will be provided during checkout.
Processing Time
All orders (excluding pre-orders) are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
For pre-order items, the processing time aligns with the availability date indicated on the product page. Shipments are made exactly on the specified date.

We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, but we do our utmost to ensure fast and secure delivery, no matter where you are. All deliveries require a signature to ensure the safe and secure receipt of your Belvans watches.

It is essential to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of your order is accurate and complete. Belvans cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If modifications are needed, please contact our customer service at support@belvans.com before your order is shipped.
Delays and Tracking
If your order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (carrier delays, exceptional conditions, etc.), we will notify you promptly. In the event of a significant delay, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on your purchase or a full refund, according to your preference.
