What are the delivery times for a Belvans watch?
We offer two delivery options: standard worldwide delivery, which is free of charge, with a lead time of 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, and express delivery, with a lead time of 1 to 3 working days, available as a paid option. The price will be displayed on the product page and at the time of ordering. Orders not pre-ordered are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation; for pre-orders, dispatch is made on the exact date indicated on the product page. In both cases, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is taken over. Taxes and any customs fees are included in the price, including outside the European Union (United States, Canada and other destinations).
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, an email containing your tracking link will be sent to you. You will then be able to track your package in real-time, at each stage of delivery.
Can I track the progress of my pre-order?
Each customer who has placed a pre-order receives personalized updates at each stage of the process, whether it's the end of production, quality control, or preparation for shipment. This allows for clearer tracking of the order's progress until it leaves the workshop.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, it's possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Simply contact us as soon as possible so that we can update the delivery address before your package is dispatched.
Where can I see Belvans watches?
You can find an exclusive selection of our watches on display and for sale at the Publicis partner boutique located on the Champs-Élysées in Paris (133 avenue des Champs-Élysées).
An on-site advisor will be available to welcome you, present the collection, and assist you with your choice.
Remember to check the availability of your desired model with our customer service before visiting.
Return and Refund
How do I return my watch and get a refund?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your watch for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by Belvans via a prepaid label.
The watch must be in its original, unworn condition, with all its accessories and original packaging.
Please note: engraved or personalized watches are not eligible for return or refund.
How can I cancel my order?
Any order can be cancelled within 12 hours of validation.
Beyond this deadline, preparation is underway and cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, you can finalize the reception of the watch, then request a free return within 30 days of delivery, as indicated above.
Warranty and Repair
What does the Belvans warranty cover?
All Belvans watches come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (movement, dial, hands, buckle mechanism, etc.).
Each timepiece comes with a digital warranty card activated upon shipment, linked to a unique, tamper-proof serial number.
The warranty does not cover: damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, impact, or contact with water on a non-waterproof model.
I have a problem with my watch, what should I do?
Our After-Sales Service team is at your disposal. Simply write to us with your order number and a photo of the issue you've encountered.
We will then send you a return label, and you can drop off your package at a relay point.
Once the watch is received in the workshop, it will undergo a complete inspection to resolve the identified problem and prevent any future malfunctions. Every detail matters to us.
Repairs are carried out on average within 14 business days, and you will be notified throughout the process, from receipt in the workshop to repair and return of the watch to your home.
Request for Personalized Engraving
How long does it take for a custom engraving?
Engraving adds an additional 3 to 5 business days to the processing time, excluding pre-orders. This is in addition to the usual order preparation time, estimated at 1 to 3 business days, and then the delivery time estimated at checkout. As a guide, an engraved watch is usually received within approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on the selected delivery method.
