Refund policy
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have a period of thirty (30) days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right to return. After this period, no return requests will be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition in which it was delivered. It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags, and kept in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
All return requests must be submitted and approved by our customer service team at support@belvans.com. Once your request is approved, the items must be sent to the address provided by our customer service. Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Procedure
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the item(s). Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Return Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Customized or made-to-order products (such as engraved items or products specially modified to your specifications);
• Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers);
• Opened personal hygiene or cosmetic items;
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your items carefully upon receipt. If your product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately at support@belvans.com. We will assess the issue and inform you of the next steps.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item according to the instructions above and place a new order for the desired product. Direct exchanges are not possible.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with EU regulations, if your order was shipped to an EU member state, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. This right allows you to cancel or return your order without providing a reason or incurring penalties.
To exercise this right, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the corresponding proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you via email if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of ten (10) business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
