What are the delivery times for a Belvans watch?
When the watch is in stock, shipping and preparation takes place within 48 to 72 working hours with DHL Express for delivery in 3-5 working days.
For pre-orders, lead times vary depending on the specific manufacturing process. Each Belvans watch is carefully crafted in our workshop, and you benefit from personalized support every step of the way.
Pick up in store
You can also choose to collect your order directly from the Publicis store at 133 Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris, France. You will then be provided with a collection code when your order is available in store.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment, a tracking link will be sent to you by email.
If you have chosen to collect from the Publicis Champs-Élysées store, you will receive a notification as soon as the watch is available, with a personalized collection code .
Can I track the progress of my pre-order?
Yes. Every pre-order customer receives personalized updates at every stage: end of production, quality control, and preparation for shipping.
We believe in a transparent and ongoing relationship, especially for our most loyal customers who reserve their room before everyone else.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, this is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Simply contact us as soon as possible to provide us with the new address or indicate the name of the person who will collect the watch from the Publicis store if you have chosen this delivery method.
Where can I see Belvans watches in real life?
You can find an exclusive selection of our watches on display and for sale at the Publicis partner boutique located on the Champs-Élysées in Paris (133 avenue des Champs-Élysées).
An on-site advisor will be able to welcome you, present the collection to you, and help you with your choice.
Remember to check the availability of the desired model with our customer service before you travel.
Return and Refund
How do I return my watch and get a refund?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your watch and request a full refund.
Return costs are covered by Belvans via a prepaid label .
The watch must be in its original, unworn condition, with all its accessories and original packaging.
Please note : Engraved or personalized watches are not eligible for return or refund, in accordance with our custom manufacturing policy.
How can I cancel my order?
Any order can be cancelled within 12 hours of validation.
Beyond this deadline, preparation is underway and cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, you can finalize the reception of the watch, then request a free return within 30 days of delivery, as indicated above.
Warranty and Repair
What does the Belvans warranty cover?
All Belvans watches come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (movement, dial, hands, buckle mechanism, etc.).
Each piece comes with a digital warranty card activated upon shipment, linked to a unique, tamper-proof serial number.
Please note : for the Belvans Heritage collection, all pieces ordered during the pre-order period benefit from a lifetime guarantee , reflecting our commitment to excellence and durability.
Excluded from the warranty: damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, impact, or contact with water on a non-waterproof model.
I have a problem with my watch, what should I do?
Our customer service team is available to assist you. Simply write to us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will then send you a return label , and you can drop off your package at a relay point.
Once the watch is received in the workshop, it will undergo a complete inspection to resolve the identified problem and prevent any future malfunctions . Every detail counts for us.
Repairs are completed on average within 14 working days and you will be notified throughout the process from reception in the workshop to the repair and return of the watch to your home.
Request for Personalized Engraving
How long does it take for a custom engraving?
If your watch is in stock , adding a personalized engraving extends the shipping time by approximately 7 business days .
If your watch is on pre-order , the engraving is already integrated into the manufacturing process, without extending the expected lead times .
